Since 1987 pioneer in the filed of hydraulics, M/s Flowmech Engineers Pvt. Ltd. develops and manufactures all types of Hydraulic Presses like Hydraulic Coining Press, Hydraulic Forging Press, Hydraulic Moulding Press etc. with the advance techniques ranging upto 1500 Tons for wooden, rubber, metal, auto - parts and other industries, also developed some import substitute equipment related to hydraulic for govt., semi -govt. and private sectors etc.

"Flowmech Press" a quality product manufactured by M/s Flowmech Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is termed to be reliable companion and has its own reputation in the market.

The company has its own computerized design unit with the latest design software i.e. autocad - 14, 2000 and 3D assembling software and MDT (mechanical desk top). Every part of the machine is first designed on the computer, assembled and duly checked. After finalizing the drawings, the parts are taken into manufacturing process to avoid any kind of misunderstanding and ensure the quality and measurement of the product.

During the process of manufacturing, quality check up is done at each and every step with gauges by our engineers and finally inspected by the director itself. Under manufacturing process if the material is under tolerance then only accepted otherwise replaced with the new material. We are having imported gauges to check the dimensions upto the close tolerances and hence ensure the material to be used is acceptable or not before the assembling

All the hydraulic and electrical components used to maufacture our hydraulic presses are reputed make i.e. Yuken, Polyhydron, Vickers, Rexroth (Hydraulic Accessories), ABB/Siemens, L&T (electrical accessories) and the quality test certificate is taken from the supplier prior to use in hydraulic presses and the same will be furnished for the satisfaction of our valued clients. The company also provides quality assurance, inspection report test report to the clients.
